Working as a Shading and Lighting artist in multiple areas, from product beauty shots to entire VFX and animation sequences, I gained experience managing 3D scenes, optimizing for better performance and better render times to meet deadlines.
I also love experimenting with new techniques and learning new ways to improve my workflow.
Now working as a lighting lead at Picma Creative Post, I'm in charge of:
• HDR Merging, Calibration and Cleaning.
• Developing Light Rigs.
• Sequence Lighting Templates.
• Rendering Pipeline Strategies.
• Balancing Render Times and Quality.
• Lookdev Work, Pipeline and Management.
• Working with the compositing team to breakdown the renders to their needs.
• Creating custom AOVs and very simple scripts in Python to make life easier.
